I have been passionate about hotels ever since I was four years old, when my parents first brought me to The Mirage in Las Vegas.
During my childhood, I was fortunate that my parents’ careers required frequent actually be a career, it took a great deal of hard work—and a bit of fortunate timing—to break into travel journalism. Eventually, I landed the role of the first dedicated hotels reporter for TPG. Now, more than ten years into my career, I still find it hard to believe this is my job. Throughout my journey, I have grown fond of many properties, yet only a select few truly stand out from the rest.
I am sharing some of my favorite hotels in the world, ranging from properties where you can use points in iconic cities to boutique Fine Hotels + Resorts or The Edit by Chase Travel.
