Le Guanahani began a fresh chapter in St. Barth on Nov. 1, welcoming the French luxury collection to a renowned peninsula featuring two beaches, vibrant cottages, and suites with private pools.
Le Guanahani has long been a staple in discussions regarding the favorite stretch of sand, or the comfort of staying somewhere they know well.
Le Guanahani has long been that type of traveling together.
A New Dining and Spa Chapter
La Table du Guanahani overlooks the sea, serving buffet breakfast and lunch before transitioning to a dinner menu featuring Caribbean influences and international classics.
Three bars provide different atmospheres: Le Pélican facing the beach, the Pool Bar situated beside the swimming pool, and The Library located in the lobby.
The main infinity pool sits above the lagoon and offers direct beach access. A second pool, reserved exclusively for adults, is tucked away in the spa’s garden area.
The Airelles Spa introduces a partnership with Laboratoires Botanique Avancée, or LBA, featuring treatments that incorporate plant-based skincare and biotechnology. A fitness room and tennis courts provide options beyond the beach.
These details will define how the Airelles experience takes shape at the property, building upon the setting that longtime guests already know.
Why This Opening Matters
The Caribbean welcomes new luxury hotels every year. A change at Le Guanahani carries a different level of interest because the address already holds significant meaning.
Its reputation precedes the new name. Guests will arrive with memories, expectations, and favorite spots on the grounds.
Beginning November 1, Airelles takes responsibility for that legacy on a peninsula that remains one of St. Barth’s most exceptional hotel settings. The new chapter begins with the same compelling invitation: a colorful cottage, a veranda, and two beaches to choose from.
